Our Methodology

iconStrategy, Scope

The strategy and scope of a project can make or break it. With 17 years of experience, our insight on best practices and project challenges provide for the exceptional critical thinking and planning which so often goes under-developed. Early-stage definition of a project's scope and the strategies to achieve it allows us to provide you a superior product within budget.

Wisdom is knowing what to do next; skill is knowing how to do it, and virtue is doing it.
David Starr Jordan

iconFocus, Design

Targeting your communication resources effectively drives results. We help assess your audience's needs and pain points as well as your product or service that meets those needs. Next, we focus on developing pertinent, brief content; engaging design; style and imagery; and key messaging - all of which drive campaigns that provide results.

If you focus on results, you will never change. If you focus on change, you will get results.
Jack Dixon

iconProcess, Management

Business isn't only about the 50,000 ft. grand scheme; it's about the small things as well. Our years of experience have resulted in lessons learned. We pair these with the use of our online project management system, "Collab", as a funnel for all communications. Keeping track of those details once we get them is streamlined. Our process maps provide top-quality results efficiently and with critical attention to even the smallest issues. That's what you're paying for at ADS and why our clients continue to come back.

The best executive is one who has sense enough to pick good people to do what he wants them to do, and self-restraint enough to keep from meddling with them while they do it.
Theodore Roosevelt

iconReview, Testing

Everything needs to come together when 1) going to press or 2) going live with a website or online collateral. With our tickets system, we delegate tasks and check completion of items as they occur and then provide Quality Control review before you're aware of the project update. Along with standard proofing checks, we have thorough knowledge of pre-press file setup: substrates and inks, media-specific issues. All of these come into play for print project QC.

Cross-browser, cross-platform testing is conducted for all web projects. We develop strong code from the start, but testing is always done using "beta" sites to provide our staff with semi-live testing environments and end-users access to provide feedback. With so many browser-related issues and environment-driven work-arounds, we've found this extremely productive for development and QC while projects proceed.

Almost all quality improvement comes via simplification of design, manufacturing… layout, processes, and procedures.
Tom Peters

iconResponse, Expertise

We maintain software and hardware updates and are committed to investigating and testing newer technologies and production methods; it's just good business. Your projects are completed efficiently and to today's highest standards. We own and manage a full rack of servers, hosting over 200 sites, many with special hosting requirements and/or secure environments. The knowledge-base to setup and maintain this is extensive and we're committed to keeping in-house staff qualified and available for your needs.

Now there is so much expertise and brainpower it's hard to be at the cutting edge of what's cool and not do something that's totally geeky.

iconPlanning Ahead

Our case studies demonstrate, we often provide multiple services to our clients. We also have experience collaborating with companies as their needs evolve, moving between services and/or requiring more elaborate levels of service. We tailor approaches for every scenario, working with staff and budgets to help short and long-range goals become a reality. As your business grows, we welcome the opportunity to provide consultation, assessment, cost-analysis or any help with planning you require.

We have the ability to follow through with design, development and deployment of these strategies. Please consider us when establishing your business plans for the future.

The vision must be followed by the venture. It is not enough to stare up the steps - we must step up the stairs.
